Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Contact us on 95143 31155 or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Check your consignment when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, or you have received something you did not order, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the affected items. We will replace the item or credit it against your order.

Returns we cannot accept

For safety and legal reasons we cannot accept returns of fireworks once they have left our premises in sound condition. This includes:

• Products opened, part-used or removed from their original packaging.
• Products stored in damp or unsuitable conditions after delivery.
• Change-of-mind returns after dispatch.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it is processed through the same channel used for payment, normally within 7 working days of us receiving the returned goods or agreeing the claim.
